We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
2. What data we process
When you use the contact form we collect:
- What you give us: name, company, email, sector, team size and message.
- What is recorded when you submit: language, originating page, referrer, UTM parameters and browser (user agent).
3. Purposes
- To answer your enquiry.
- To manage the pre-contractual business relationship, including recording it in our own CRM.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles. We will only send commercial communications if you have given your prior consent (Art. 21 LSSI-CE).
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts. If no relationship results, we keep it for 12 months at most from the last contact. It is then blocked for the legal limitation periods for possible liabilities and deleted afterwards.
6. Recipients and processors
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): email delivery and contact management (CRM). Data hosted in the European Union; to be confirmed with the processor agreement.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: web hosting, CDN and cookie-free analytics.
- Zoho: email. As far as we know, with a data centre in the EU; this will be confirmed.
The font is hosted on our own server; we do not load Google Fonts.
7. International transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company, so data may be transferred to the US. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. If Zoho processed data outside the European Economic Area, equivalent safeguards would apply.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing), by writing to alejandro@lexcore.es and stating which right you are exercising. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): aepd.es.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
10. Minors
LexCore’s services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
11. Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookies or persistent identifiers and only aggregated data. More in the Cookie policy.
12. Changes
We may update this policy; the date of the last update appears at the top.
